Custom Maps:
Custom maps using standard GIS menu/templates and taking less than 15 minutes to produce will be priced as follows.
Maps taking longer than 15 minutes to produce will be charged a Technical Service Fee in addition to the Map Charge.

Digital Data
The price for digital data is the same for either Arc/Info Coverage/Export Files or AutoCAD Drawing Files. However contours are
only available on a per tile basis in AutoCAD Drawing File format even if purchased as a Town-wide data set. A Media Fee of $5.00 per CD/ROM will
be charged. Technical Service Fees (15 minute Minimum) will be charged when a request requires additional work or customized programming in order to
create the desired files of the requested data.

Technical Services
Certain products can not easily be produced using the standard Town of Groton GIS menu system and require technical support from staff. The following Technical
Service Fees will apply for such products and services.

Fee Adjustments
The GIS Executive Committee shall on an annual basis review the fees for GIS data
and hard copy mapping products and make recommendations for adjustments based on
cost and comparability with fees charged by other municipalities for similar
services and products. The recommended changes, if any, shall then be referred
to the Town Council for review and possible approval
