A panel of not more than three Town of Groton staff will review the qualifications received and select not more than five of the most qualified firms to be interviewed by the panel. Interviews will be set up with the selected firms. Each firm will have 60 minutes to make a presentation to, and answer questions from, the panel. The panel will select the most qualified firm. Negotiations will commence on a fair, competitive, and reasonable fee. All negotiations will remain confidential until a contract has been signed.
An original and three (3) copies of your qualifications, containing the above requirements, are to be submitted to Gary J. Schneider, Director of Public Works, 134 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT, by May 25, 2012 by 4:30 p.m. Submittal deadline will be strictly enforced.
