The Groton Family Support Center (GFSC) offers parents, caregivers and children the opportunity to come together for a mix of friendship, counseling and support services. Families of all types are encouraged to achieve and maintain healthy, positive relationships. Services include:

All services are provided free of charge and, as with all Department offices, confidentiality is respected. Parent education classes are open to anyone in New London County and counseling and other activities are open to Groton residents on a first come, first served basis.

The GFSC location is family-friendly and located on the bus route. The GFSC is open weekdays for walk-ins and also by appointment.
