Assistant Director of Public Works : John Carrington

The Staff in this Division is responsible for the repair, maintenance (including preventative maintenance) and cleaning of 45 buildings approximating 225,000 square feet. Additionally, the staff is responsible for the supervision and administration of all internal and contracted services. Other responsibilities include the management and maintenance of leased property, monitoring energy consumption, completing minor improvement projects, and replacing equipment. Development continues on a comprehensive facilities inventory and capital maintenance program.
