How up to date is your GIS data?
Planimetric layers (building footprints, edge of pavement, sidewalks, etc.) are captured every 10 years from an aerial flight. The most current flight took place in April of 2020. Data is then periodically updated as plans are filed and processed. Updates to parcel lines will take place within the grand list year the changes occur.
How up to date is the CAMA (Property) data?
Assessment data is updated periodically and the most recent refresh date will be listed on the top of the GIS Interactive Mapping page. This tends to be about a few weeks behind the current date.
Why are some stock maps not available for download?
