Pratt Building/Community Needs Assessment

Groton Parks and Recreation recently partnered with Green Play to conduct a community needs assessment to determine what the community desires for Parks and Recreation across the community and in particular with the Pratt Building on the campus of the Mystic Edicuation Center.  The Town is working with a developer and the State in creating a multi-use develpment on the site.  Groton Community Recreational Needs Assessment and Feasiblity Survey Final Report
