A new backpack and supplies will be provided for eligible Groton kids, pre-school through high school. Children residing in house-holds receiving any form of State assistance including; SNAP, TANF, Energy Assistance, WIC, SSI, Medicaid or HUSKY are eligible. Families receiving any other assistance directly through Groton Human Services are also eligible.
