Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §7-163e, a Public Hearing will be held by the Groton Town Council on January 5th, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., for the consideration of the sale of Public Property, specifically 529 & 517 Gold Star Highway, during a virtual meeting publicly available live on GMTV and YouTube.
