Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §7-163e, a Public Hearing will be held by the Groton Town Council on February 2, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., for the consideration of the sale of Public Property, specifically Colonel Ledyard School property, 120 West Street, during a virtual meeting publicly available live on GMTV and YouTube.
