The Town Clerk’s Land Records Office will remain serving the public by appointment only.

Please call to make an appointment to search land records in person, 860-441-6642. 

We encourage you to continue to deliver recordings by mail or by using our green mailbox located at Town Hall.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but our priority is to keep everyone safe as our land records office is not large enough to accommodate safe spacing.
