Zoom Meetings
Town Meetings are conducted via Zoom OR Hybrid In-Person/Zoom. The Town Council, Committee of the Whole and RTM meetings will be viewable live on GMTV and YouTube. For all other meetings, please visit the Zoom Meetings page.

Citizen's Petitions/Public Hearing Comments
If you wish to speak at a future public hearing or during citizens' petitions for an upcoming meeting, you may sign up to speak at the in-person meeting OR if you plan to attend virtually, you can request to speak by emailing Council@groton-ct gov. We will follow up with the Zoom information once it is scheduled. If you choose to submit your comments/concerns in writing, they will become part of the official record of that meeting. You may also mail correspondence to the Town Manager, Town of Groton 45 Fort Hill Road, Groton, CT. 06340.
