Meeting Room Request Form
Groton Parks and Recreation desires to provide meeting space to various community groups who may not have access to facilities elsewhere. We welcome use by everyone and we prohibit any discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, ability national origin, marital status or any other class protected by state or federal law.

A typical set up has tables and chairs set up in a rectangle all facing towards the middle. This set up can accommodate about 15-20 people. If you need to request any additional chairs or tables, or need a different set up please provide details below. The room must be returned to original condition following the meeting.

Rental fee is $25/hour.
